Miclofenac® বাত ব্যথা, যে সব রোগীর পাকস্থলী ও অন্ত্রে ব্যথার ওষুধ দ্বারা আলসার হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশী থাকে তাদের ক্ষেত্রে অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিস ও রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিসের ব্যথা নিরাময়ে নির্দেশিত।

(আর্থ্রাইটিস হচ্ছে হাড় অথবা হাড়ের জোড়ার প্রদাহ। বাংলায় এটিকে বাত বলা হয় ।  রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস : এক ধরনের দীর্ঘস্থায়ী বাত ব্যথা।)

Miclofenac^®

Diclofenac Sodium + Misoprostol
Antirheumatic, Anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs and Antigout Preparations)

Indication:
Osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in patients at high risk of developing NSAID-induced gastric and duodenal ulcers and their complications.

Dosage & Administration:
Osteoarthritis: Miclofenac^® 50 TID. For patients who experience intolerance, Miclofenac^® 50 BID or Miclofenac^® 75 BID can be used. Rheumatoid Arthritis: Miclofenac^® 50 TID or QID. For patients who experience intolerance, Miclofenac^® 50 BID or Miclofenac^® 75 BID can be used.

Preparation:
Miclofenac^® 50: Box containing 3 x 10's tablet in blister pack.
Miclofenac^® 75: Box containing 3 x 10's tablet in blister pack.
