ইঙ্গিত:
1. অত্যন্ত ইমেটোজেনিক ক্যান্সার কেমোথেরাপির সাথে যুক্ত বমি বমি ভাব এবং বমি প্রতিরোধ।
2. মাঝারিভাবে ইমেটোজেনিক ক্যান্সার কেমোথেরাপির প্রাথমিক এবং পুনরাবৃত্তি কোর্সের সাথে যুক্ত বমি বমি ভাব এবং বমি প্রতিরোধ।
3. রেডিওথেরাপির সাথে যুক্ত বমি বমি ভাব এবং বমি প্রতিরোধ
4. পোস্টোপারেটিভ বমি বমি ভাব এবং/অথবা বমি প্রতিরোধ

ডোজ এবং প্রশাসন:

1. কেমোথেরাপি প্ররোচিত বমি বমি ভাব এবং বমি (CINV): প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক- অত্যন্ত ইমেটোজেনিক কেমোথেরাপির জন্য প্রস্তাবিত প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের মুখে ওরান ডোজ 24 মিলিগ্রাম তিনটি 8 মিলিগ্রাম ট্যাবলেট হিসাবে দেওয়া হয়। মাঝারিভাবে ইমেটোজেনিক কেমোথেরাপির জন্য মৌখিক ডোজ হল একটি 8mg Ofran® (Ondansetron) ট্যাবলেট বা 10 মিলি Ofran® ওরাল দ্রবণ দৈনিক দুবার পেডিয়াট্রিক রোগীদের- 4 থেকে 11 বছর বয়সী শিশু রোগীদের জন্য ডোজ হল একটি 4mg Ofran® ট্যাবলেট বা 5ml। কেমোথেরাপি শেষ হওয়ার পর 1 থেকে 2 দিনের জন্য প্রতিদিন 3 বার Ofran® দ্রবণ। 2. রেডিওথেরাপি প্ররোচিত বমি বমি ভাব এবং বমি (RINV): প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের- প্রস্তাবিত মৌখিক ডোজ হল একটি 8-মিলিগ্রাম Ofran® ট্যাবলেট বা 10 মিলি Ofran® ওরাল সলিউশন 3 বার দেওয়া হলে

® ^ওরাল সলিউশন: প্রতিটি বোতলে 50 মিলি ওরাল দ্রবণ

Ofran 8 mg IV ইনজেকশন রয়েছে: প্রতিটি বাক্সে ফোস্কা প্যাকে 6 ampoules থাকে

Ondansetron HCl
Anti-emetic (CNS Preparations)

Indication:
1. Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy.
2. Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy.
3. Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with radiotherapy
4. Prevention of postoperative nausea and/or vomitingDosage & Administration:

1. Chemotherapy induced nausea & vomiting (CINV): Adult- For highly emetogenic chemotherapy recommended adult oral dosage of Ofran® is 24 mg given as three 8 mg tablets. For moderately emetogenic chemotherapy the oral dose is one 8mg Ofran® (Ondansetron) tablet or 10 ml of Ofran® oral solution twice daily Pediatric patients- for pediatric patients from 4 to 11 years of age the dosage is one 4mg Ofran® tablet or 5ml of Ofran® solution 3 times per day for 1 to 2 days after completion of chemotherapy. 2.
